Honestly, this restaurant is such a hidden gem inside QCM's food court! I ordered the coconut curry chicken soup and the kaneef palat, both were absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor. The prices are great for the amount of food they serve. Highly recommend!

This is a gem hidden inside Queens Center Mall’s food court! We have been following Burmese Bites on Instagram and we’re excited to see they have a real brick and mortar (almost!) spot where we can find them other than at the Queens Night Market.

Our dining here resulted in plans to return soon. Outstanding food available without excessive cost. The team demonstrates exceptional pleasantness. The up-to-date decor still feels welcoming and warm. The flavors here blend perfectly!

Walking into the food court, I didn’t expect for any restaurant to be serving at the level of quality that Burmese Bites does. The low prices, short wait, fresh ingredients, and friendly owners make this place absolutely fantastic. The menu is streamlined and simple, and offers all kinds of great Burmese foods. I ordered the Ohno Kaukswe (Burmese Coconut Ramen/အုန်းနို့ခေါက်ဆွဲ) and was extremely happy with my choice. The cilantro and onion that garnished the broth and noodles were very fresh, and the coconut-based broth was so comforting. Such a great dish to have on a cold day. My friend got the Keema Palata—it was crispy and very well seasoned. The chicken curry roti was great as well, but above all, I would recommend the Ohno Kaukswe. Absolutely give this place a try. There’s a reason they’re so highly rated!!

If you haven’t stopped by here when you visit the mall you need to change that ASAP. I honestly had no idea what Burmese food was until I walked up and I’m so happy I decided to try it. I got the tea leaf salad and the udon and I was disappointed when the dishes were done. They’re equally full of distinct, unique, beautiful flavors that made me want to keep coming back for more. I can’t wait until I come back.

The chicken curry and paratha. Truly. The best thing at the Queens Night Market. Maybe one of the best curries in NYC. I swear. It’s insanely good. Cinnamon-y, warm flavour. Omg. It’s so delicious.

My burmese friend brought me here because she said this is the most authentic burmese food she's ever had in the U.S. And it did not disappoint! We got tea leaf salad and 2 noodle dishes (sorry, not good with names). You can ask them to adjust the spice depending on your tolerance. All the dishes were so flavorful and packs a punch. It's like a flavor bomb in your mouth. The tea leaf salad was my favorite. Loved how refreshing it was. It was crunchy and full of texture. Really helps cut away the grease and helps with how heavy the other dishes are.

Nan Gyi Thoke was great. The keema paratha was dry for me. So I asked the chef for the curry and she poured some chicken curry on it and it tasted great.

The Burmese Coconut Ramen was delicious. Lovely intersection between South Asian and Southeast Asian flavors.
